Our Seitan Roast is a striking blend of Rosemary and Sage, very slightly softer than our other logs, which not only makes the texture more tender, but also enhances the flavour.
All of our products contain Vitamin B12. All of our products are vegan, are low in fat, high in protein and contain no soy, cholesterol, GMOs or Palm Oil.
Ingredients: Water, Wheat Gluten, Chickpea Flour, Nutritional Yeast, Salt, Onion Powder, Seasoning, Sage, Rosemary, Natural Flavouring, White Pepper.

Storage & Preparation
Keep refrigerated. Our seitan logs have a long (30 weeks) shelf life so long as the packaging is intact. Once opened, wrap the remaining seitan tightly in cling film, store in the fridge and use within 5 days of opening. Alternatively, freeze the seitan on the day of opening and use within 3 months of freezing.
To cook the log, wrap in foil and bake at 180 deg C/gas mark 4 for 25 minutes. Alternatively, cut into slices and fry for 2-3 mins.
