Coarse Shredded Chyck’n is torn into large pieces which can be used as a pizza topping, it can be breaded and fried or used as a meat replacement in a multitude of dishes. Flavoured with a carefully selected chicken seasoning (non MSG) and crisp garlic granules, our chyck’n seitan is a taste explosion. Gently fry with rice and vegetables to create a wholly satisfying dish or serve with crisp winter vegetables and thick gravy and feel like you just arrived home.
All of our products are fortified with vitamin B12. 100g of our seitan provides over 50% of your daily requirement of B12. All of our products are vegan, high in protein, low sugar and contain no cholesterol, GMOs or Palm Oil.
