Our Shredded Seitan Chyck’n is bursting with rich flavours and works just about any way you want to use it. It is great in sandwiches, wraps and any pasta or curry dish. It is a good source of iron, calcium and fibre. It is high in protein and low in fat. As with all of our seitan, it is Soy, GMO & Palm Oil Free. Available in 500g catering packs.

All of our products contain Vitamin B12. All of our products are vegan, are low in fat, high in protein and contain no soy, cholesterol, GMOs or Palm Oil.
Ingredients: Water, Wheat Gluten, Chickpea Flour, Nutritional Yeast, Salt, Seasoning, Onion Powder, Garlic Granules, Natural Flavouring.
Allergen advice: For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold.
Storage & Preparation
Keep frozen below 18°C. Once defrosted, keep chilled below 5°C and use within 3 weeks (in the closed pack). Once opened use within 48 hours.
