- 1 pack Love Seitan shredded chyck’n
- 1 white onion
- 3 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 knob of ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 100g vegan butter
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tin coconut milk
- Chopped fresh coriander to serve (optional)
- Naan bread and/rice to serve
- Fry your onion for a few minutes then add in your grated garlic, ginger and seitan.
- Add in your tomato paste and then spices and cook out for another minute.
- Add in your coconut milk and cook for around 10 minutes.
- Finish by adding in the butter and serving with naan or rice.
