Butter Chyck'n Curry

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Love Seitan shredded chyck’n
  • 1 white onion
  • 3 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 knob of ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 100g vegan butter
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tin coconut milk
  • Chopped fresh coriander to serve (optional)
  • Naan bread and/rice to serve

Method:

  • Fry your onion for a few minutes then add in your grated garlic, ginger and seitan.
  • Add in your tomato paste and then spices and cook out for another minute.
  • Add in your coconut milk and cook for around 10 minutes.
  • Finish by adding in the butter and serving with naan or rice.
