- 300g Simply Seitan (grated)
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp nori sprinkles
- 1 tbsp vegan fish sauce
- 1⁄2 tbsp seafood seasoning
- Half jar vegan mayonnaise
- As much sweetcorn as you’d like
- Cracked black pepper
- Grate your simply seitan log.
- Zest and juice your lemon and add this to your grated seitan along with your other ingredients and mix.
- Taste when mixed and add more seasoning to taste.
- This makes the best filling to jacket potatoes, sandwiches, pastas… and more!
