Seitan Tunah


  • 300g Simply Seitan (grated) 
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon 
  • 1 tbsp nori sprinkles 
  • 1 tbsp vegan fish sauce 
  • 1⁄2 tbsp seafood seasoning 
  • Half jar vegan mayonnaise 
  • As much sweetcorn as you’d like 
  • Cracked black pepper 


  • Grate your simply seitan log.
  • Zest and juice your lemon and add this to your grated seitan along with your other ingredients and mix.
  • Taste when mixed and add more seasoning to taste.
  • This makes the best filling to jacket potatoes, sandwiches, pastas… and more!
