Spicy Pasta Bolognese


  • 1 white onion 
  • Mushrooms 
  • 1 log of Love Seitan pepperoni 
  • Pasta 
  • Dried herbs (we used oregano and basil) 
  • Tomato passata 
  • Vegan parmesan 


  • Chop your onion and mushrooms, fry in a pan with a little oil.
  • Grate your pepperoni log and add to the pan.
  • Fry for a few minutes and add in your tomato passata and herbs.
  • Mix your pasta into your sauce (or the other way around) and serve with fresh basil and vegan parmesan.
