- 1 white onion
- 1 log of Love Seitan pepperoni
- Dried herbs (we used oregano and basil)
- Tomato passata
- Vegan parmesan
- Chop your onion and mushrooms, fry in a pan with a little oil.
- Grate your pepperoni log and add to the pan.
- Fry for a few minutes and add in your tomato passata and herbs.
- Mix your pasta into your sauce (or the other way around) and serve with fresh basil and vegan parmesan.
